Fire Blossom Tree MOC – Free Building Instructions
Share
The Fire Blossom Tree MOC draws attention with its flame-like orange petals and sweeping brown branches. Instead of a solid canopy, the blossoms form separate clusters that leave the curved trunk visible.
This is my original custom MOC, designed for autumn landscapes, fantasy gardens, park displays and imaginative nature scenes. Free step-by-step image instructions are available on this page.

Why the Orange Blossoms Look Like Flames
The dark red blossom supports spread outward in open, irregular shapes. Small orange petal elements sit at their tips, contrasting with the deeper tones of the branches. The taller central growth and lower side clusters form a lively, asymmetric crown.
To see a different approach to a flowering tree, explore the Whispering Blossom Tree MOC, whose softer colors create a different mood.
Build the Curved Trunk and Four Blossom Clusters
The numbered image instructions begin with the green circular base and short trunk sections, then show how the brown curved branches spread outward. The later steps assemble dark red branch supports and place the orange blossoms across them.
Follow the direction of each curved element carefully: the open spacing between branches is part of what gives the finished tree its distinctive silhouette. The final illustrated step brings the blossom assemblies together on the trunk.

A Fiery Accent for Autumn Paths and Fantasy Gardens
The bright orange crown can serve as a landmark beside a garden path, an ornamental tree in a small courtyard or a colorful highlight in a fantasy woodland. Its simple green base allows the tree to stand alone as a display while still fitting into a larger landscape.
For a scene with more autumn character, combine the tree with the Harvest Tree Swing MOC, which adds a different outdoor feature in similarly warm colors.
Contrast the Orange Crown with Greenery
A varied forest layout benefits from different colors and branch shapes. The green Forest Tree MOC provides a contrasting woodland silhouette, while the Street Tree MOC offers another decorative choice for parks and urban gardens.
With its curved trunk, exposed branches and vivid orange petal clusters, this original Fire Blossom Tree brings an eye-catching seasonal accent to a custom MOC display.
