Refund Policy for Digital Products

All products sold on this store are digital PDF building instructions. No physical LEGO® parts, bricks, sets, or printed instructions are included with any purchase.

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After completing a purchase, customers receive access to the digital PDF files.

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, they cannot be physically returned.

Before checkout, customers are required to confirm the following:

“I expressly agree to immediate access to this digital PDF product and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once access begins.”

Refunds

All sales are final once access to the digital files has begun or has been provided.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after access has begun, including but not limited to cases where:

  • the customer changes their mind after purchase;

  • the customer no longer wants or needs the product;

  • the customer says the PDF file was deleted after access or download;

  • the customer misunderstood that the product do not includes physical LEGO® parts;

  • the customer has concerns about the cost, availability, or estimate of the required parts;

  • the issue relates to third-party websites, part estimates, marketplaces, or external inventory data.

Order Issues & File Access

If you experience a technical problem with your order, such as a broken download link, corrupted file, missing file, or difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make sure you receive working files.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal may apply before access to the digital content begins.

However, by expressly agreeing to immediate access to the digital PDF product and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is lost once access begins, the customer understands that the right of withdrawal no longer applies after access to the digital product has begun.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately.

We are happy to assist with any documentation your bank, PayPal, or payment provider may request.

Chargebacks

If you experience any access or file issue, we encourage you to contact us first at htbimoc@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the digital product may result in the loss of access to future purchases, depending on the circumstances.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying non-returnable digital content, that access to the digital PDF product may be provided immediately, and that delivery of the download/access link fulfills our obligation.
