Commissions can be personal gifts, collector display pieces, original architecture, recognizable places, vehicles, artistic displays, or creative concepts. You don't need to know the building techniques: just tell me what you'd like to see.

How Much Does a Custom MOC Cost?
Custom design projects start at $150. Each commission receives an individual quote based on its size, complexity, level of detail, and expected design work.

Do I need a detailed plan or reference images?
Not at all. A basic concept is enough to begin a conversation. If you have photos, sketches, preferred dimensions, or examples of the style you like, you can include links in your message.
Will I receive the physical bricks?
No. This service provides digital model designs and the agreed building files. You purchase physical bricks separately using the parts list.
Are PDF instructions and a parts list included?
They are normally part of the agreed deliverables. The exact file package and requirements are confirmed in your project quote.
Can I request an exclusive or private design?
Yes, private-use or exclusive rights may be available for an additional fee and must be agreed in writing before work begins. Otherwise, design rights remain with HTBI-MOC, which may display, publish, promote, or sell the completed design.
How long does a custom commission take?
The timeline depends on size, complexity, and current workload. I'll discuss the expected delivery schedule with you before work begins.
Can I commission a model based on an existing brand or character?
Requests involving third-party intellectual property are reviewed for permissions and suitability. HTBI-MOC may decline projects that require rights you do not hold.
