The Ultimate Guide to LEGOLAND® Locations (with Addresses)

Where every brick leads to adventure — plus practical tips and the full, updated list of LEGOLAND parks worldwide

Whether you’re planning a first family getaway or you’re a seasoned brick-fan plotting your next park hop, knowing where each LEGOLAND® lives (and how they differ) makes trip-planning a breeze. Across the globe, LEGOLAND parks are designed for families with kids roughly 2–12, mixing easygoing coasters, hands-on “build & test” zones, Miniland cityscapes, and that signature LEGO® humor. Most resorts now bundle a theme park, on-site hotel (with treasure-hunt rooms and bunk beds), plus either a SEA LIFE or a dedicated water park. In the U.S., you’ve got three full resorts (California, Florida, New York), each with its own flavor: Carlsbad is sun-by-the-sea with classic favorites; Winter Haven leans big water fun and gardens heritage; and Goshen serves the Northeast with sprawling lands and a hill-top view of the Hudson Valley. For “legoland locations united states” searches, those three are your full parks, while dozens of indoor LEGO® Discovery Centers (shorter, climate-proof play days) fill in major cities.

Globally, Europe is where it all started: Billund, Denmark is the birthplace of the brick and still a pilgrimage for fans; Windsor, just outside London, is a UK staple; and Germany’s Günzburg park is a favorite road-trip target inside Bavaria. Asia’s parks are newer and super polished: Malaysia (Johor), Japan (Nagoya), Korea (Chuncheon), Dubai in the UAE for desert-sun getaways — and Shanghai, which opened July 5, 2025, becoming China’s first and the world’s largest LEGOLAND resort. That means as of September 7, 2025, there are 11 full LEGOLAND theme parks worldwide (not counting Discovery Centers).

Below you’ll find practical tips (queue-savvy, height hacks, and money-savers), followed by the complete address list so you can drop destinations straight into your GPS.

Smart tips for any LEGOLAND visit

  1. Download the park app for live wait times, show schedules, height requirements, and mobile tickets.

  2. Measure once, ride twice. Know your child’s height before you go; many rides have cut-offs. Plan your route so you clear “must-dos” first.

  3. Go left at rope-drop. Most guests head right; starting left (or in the back) can shave big chunks off early waits.

  4. Use single-rider/parent swap where available to keep everyone moving.

  5. Minifigure trading! Bring a few spare figs for trading with Model Citizens (staff) and in-park boards — it’s an all-day scavenger hunt.

  6. Beat the heat & queues. Schedule indoor build zones and 4D movies midday; save outdoor coasters for opening/last hour.

  7. Budget basics. Buy tickets online in advance, bring refillable bottles, and consider combo/annual passes if you’ll visit more than once.

  8. Stay on-site for early entry perks and kid-approved rooms; many resorts are steps from the gate.

  9. “LEGO City” areas = kid power. Driving Schools, Boating Schools, and Rescue Academies appear in most parks — perfect for ages 4–9 (hello, “lego city locations” fans!).

  10. Check seasonal events (Brick-or-Treat, Christmas) to catch limited-time parades, builds, and shows.

Quick FAQ

  • “LEGOLAND address” vs. GPS quirks? If your GPS won’t accept the main address, check each park’s directions page for alternate entries (e.g., Florida also lists Cypress Gardens Blvd as a backup).

  • Are Discovery Centers the same as parks? No—Discovery Centers (like Atlanta) are indoor, half-day attractions (great for ages 3–10). Full LEGOLAND parks are outdoor theme parks with many rides and lands.
