Witch Hat Market Stall MOC – Free Building Instructions

Witch Hat Market Stall MOC – Free Building Instructions

A row of pointed hats turns this small stall into a shop that immediately belongs in a magical marketplace. The Witch Hat Market Stall MOC is my original custom MOC, built around a two-level wooden display filled with colorful fantasy hats and framed by small details that extend the shop beyond its shelves.

Free step-by-step image instructions are available on this page. With its hanging lantern, broom, dragon sign, stone path and mushroom detail, the finished model is well suited to a fantasy market, magical village, spooky street or Halloween display.

Four Hats Give the Stall Its Identity

The merchandise is the visual focus of this build. Four pointed hats are arranged across two shelves, with green and blue hats above and tan and black versions below. Their different colors and shapes make the display easy to recognize before any of the smaller accessories are noticed.

The open shelves also keep every hat visible from the front. Rather than enclosing the shop with walls, the MOC presents the hats almost like a fantasy street vendor has arranged them for passing customers.

A Tiny Shop with a Bigger Magical Story

The details around the shelves help explain what kind of market this belongs to. A broom stands at one side of the stall, while a lantern hangs from the wooden frame on the other. Above the merchandise, a small dragon emblem acts as the shop sign.

At ground level, rounded gray elements create a short stone path in front of the counter. Small plant details and a purple mushroom soften the edge of the base and help connect the wooden shop to a more natural fantasy setting.

For a larger magical shopping area, this stall could sit near the Herbalist Market Stand, creating two vendors with clearly different merchandise and visual identities.

HTBI - PATREON

Turn One Stall into a Magical Shopping Street

This model can become the starting point for a much larger fantasy market. The Witch Equipment MOC can add potion-making equipment nearby, while the Witch Spellbook Scene pushes the setting toward a darker magical corner.

For an indoor or workshop counterpart, the Wizard’s Arcane Workbench MOC provides another way to continue the same fantasy theme beyond the market itself.

You can also browse the Build Hub model collection for more free MOC instructions and small builds that can be combined into larger scenes.

Ideas for Displaying the Finished Hat Stall

  • Place it among several vendors to create a fantasy market street.
  • Add it to a magical village as a specialist hat shop.
  • Use it as a small Halloween or spooky-season display.
  • Position it beside a wizard workshop or potion seller to build a larger magical district.
  • Display it on its own as a compact fantasy market MOC.

Where can I use this MOC?

It is designed to fit naturally into fantasy markets, magical villages, wizard-themed layouts, spooky scenes and Halloween displays.
