About This Custom MOC
This custom pirate MOC is built around a tall wooden watchtower positioned beside a small landing platform. The brown supports, beams, railings, and ladder give the structure the appearance of a rough outpost assembled above the water.
The upper level includes an open lookout platform with a mounted telescope, allowing the tower to serve as a clear observation point. An angular green roof and raised pirate flag complete the silhouette and make the structure easy to recognize from across a larger display.
At ground level, the wooden platform meets a curved shoreline made from blue water, pale sand, gray rocks, and small plant details. A treasure chest, piles of coins, a barrel, and a goblet turn the lower section into an active storage area rather than an empty tower base. The red crab in front adds one final coastal detail.
What You Can Build from the Instructions
The image instructions help you recreate the complete scene, including the shaped water and sand base, lower wooden platform, tall supporting frame, front ladder, railings, upper lookout deck, telescope station, roof, flagpole, and treasure area.
The smaller finishing details are also an important part of the model. Coins, containers, foliage, rocks, shoreline pieces, and the crab help connect the large tower structure to the compact island environment below it.

Guarding the Treasure Landing
The layout gives the model a clear visual story. The treasure is stored beside the landing area at ground level, while the ladder leads upward to a lookout equipped with a telescope. This suggests an outpost where approaching boats can be spotted before they reach the hidden supplies.
The height of the tower draws attention upward toward the telescope and flag, while the chest, coins, barrel, and shoreline details keep the lower section visually active. This balance makes the model useful as both a standalone display MOC and a connecting scene between boats, docks, caves, and larger island builds.
Building Experience
The model is divided into several clear visual assemblies: the curved shoreline base, wooden landing platform, tower supports, ladder, lookout deck, telescope position, roof, flag, and treasure props. Repeated timber supports and railings create the tower structure, while the smaller accessories provide the final storytelling details.

Yes. Its water edge, wooden landing, raised tower, and treasure area make it easy to position beside boats, wharves, islands, caves, or coastal hideouts.
Are characters shown as part of the model?
No character is shown in the featured model image. The watchtower works as a complete environment that can be populated with characters and additional accessories from your own collection.
Can the model be displayed on its own?
Yes. The curved shoreline base, tall silhouette, lookout equipment, and detailed treasure area give the model the appearance of a complete small pirate outpost.
