LEGO SET 31109 Pirate Ship alternate build

LEGO SET 31109 Pirate Ship is a creator which includes 3 models of a Pirate Ship, Skull Island and Pirates Inn

The set 31109 is very beautiful and contains nice parts however I have found only one alternative designs for it but I also found a very cool upgrade.
